Mr. Vikas Anand, a 2002-batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre from the Centre. He was serving as CEO (Joint Secretary level) of the National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC) under the Department of Public Enterprises.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Saturday, May 3, 2025, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) approved the proposal of the Department of Public Enterprises for his repatriation.
Notably, Mr. Anand was appointed as Secretary to Delhi Chief Minister Ms. Rekha Gupta on April 7. His repatriation now facilitates his assumption of duties in the new role with the Delhi Government.
