Lucknow: Senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Surendra Singh, of the 2005 Uttar Pradesh cadre, has returned to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) as Secretary to CM Yogi Adityanath, following a three-year central deputation in Delhi.
