New Delhi: Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), a leading city gas distribution company, has announced that its Board of Directors will consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26 at its upcoming Board Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 12, 2026.

The dividend proposal has been added to the agenda of the previously scheduled meeting, which will primarily focus on the approval of the company’s unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025.

Key Agenda Items for February 12 Board Meeting

The Board of Directors will deliberate on the following matters:

  • Approval of Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 FY26 (October–December 2025)
  • Consideration and declaration of an Interim Dividend for FY 2025–26

The move signals IGL’s confidence in its financial performance and liquidity position, potentially offering a mid-year reward to shareholders.

In compliance with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, IGL confirmed that the trading window for designated persons and insiders has been closed since January 1, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of Q3 FY26 financial results on February 12, 2026.
