Bangkok: Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has signed a strategic tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bulk MRO (India) and Japan-based New Cosmos Electric at Gastech 2026 in Bangkok to advance gas safety solutions using MEMS-sensor-based gas detection technology.
The partnership brings together the three companies under the Make in India framework, with a focus on developing and advancing advanced gas detection solutions for domestic and commercial applications.
IGL, Bulk MRO and New Cosmos Electric Sign MoU
The tripartite agreement was executed in the presence of senior representatives from all three organisations.
The MoU was signed by:

- Devang Shah, CEO, Bulk MRO
- Yoshinori Nishiue, Senior Managing Director, New Cosmos Electric
Subhankar Sen, Chairman, IGL, was also present during the signing ceremony.
