A senior officer of the Rajasthan Police, Kishan Sahay Meena, has been booked in a rape case following a complaint by a woman in Jaipur. The First Information Report (FIR) was registered on April 29 at Malviya Nagar Police Station based on a letter sent by the complainant through post.
According to police sources, the woman has accused the officer of establishing a physical relationship with her under the false promise of marriage. The case is currently under investigation by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Jigyasa of the Jaipur Commissionerate.
Allegations of Assault, Threats, and Exploitation
The complainant, reportedly around 53 years old, has made multiple serious allegations, including:
- Repeated sexual exploitation on the pretext of marriage

She claims that after initially maintaining close contact, the officer gradually distanced himself. When she pressed for marriage, the situation allegedly turned abusive.
Following these accusations, police registered a case under relevant sections related to rape, assault, and criminal intimidation.

In his defence, Meena said:

- The communication records, according to him, indicate an attempt to blackmail
- His advocacy against blind faith has made him a target
