11 IPS Transferred in Tamil Nadu, Maheswar Dayal Posted as ADGP Prisons

The Tamil Nadu government on Thursday transferred 11 IPS officers. The names of these officers include –

1. Maheshwar Dayal, additional director general of police (ADGP) has been posted as ADGP prisons and correctional services in place of Amaresh Pujari.
2. Amaresh Pujari has been posted as DGP/chief vigilance officer, Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL).
3. Pramod Kumar, IG/chief vigilance officer, has been transferred and posted as inspector general of police, vigilance, Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO), Chennai.
4. D Kalpana Nayak, ADGP, crime against women and children (CAWC), has been transferred and posted as ADGP/member secretary of Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board in place of R Tamilchandran.
5. Tamilselvan has been posted as IG in CAWC.
6. DIG G Dharmarajan on return from central deputation has been posted as joint commissioner of police, East.
7. Samay Singh Meena, DC, traffic, East has been posted as SP, Kallakurichi.
8. V Baskaran, SP, Dindigul district is the new deputy commissioner, traffic, East, Chennai.
9. A Pradeep, DC, Madurai South, has been posted in the place of V Baskaran.
10. Supplies CID, Combatore, has been transferred and posted as DC, South, Madurai.
11. M Chandrasekaran, SP, marine enforcement wing, Chennai, has been posted as SP, civil supplies CID, Combatore.
