DGP Anjani Kumar briefed trainee IPS officers at a workshop at the police headquarters in Lakdikapul on Tuesday.
On February 10, the trainees completed their course at the National Police Academy on the outskirts of the city and reported to their state cadre for 29 weeks of district practical training (DPT). As station house officers, they are currently in the third stage of training and have independent command of police stations.
Ankit Kumar Sankhwar has been assigned to Elkathurthy, Avinash Kumar to Madira town, Gite Mahesh Babasaheb (Maharashtra) to Choppadandi, Sheshadrini Reddy Suruconti to Kondamallepally, and Shivam Upadhya to Bommalaramaram.
