Four 2012-Batch IPS Officers, Including Radhika G, Promoted to Deputy Director at SVPNPA

Hyderabad: The Central Government has approved the promotion of four IPS officers of the 2012 batch, currently serving as Assistant Directors at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA), Hyderabad, to the rank of Deputy Director (Level-13A).

This move recognizes their dedicated service, leadership skills, and contribution to training the next generation of Indian Police Service officers.

Promotion Details

According to an official order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the competent authority has temporarily upgraded the posts of Assistant Director (Level-13) to Deputy Director (Level-13A) for the officers.

The upgraded appointments are effective from the respective dates of assumption of charge and will remain valid until the completion of their deputation tenure or until a clear vacancy of Deputy Director arises, whichever is earlier.

Officers Promoted

The officers who have been promoted are –

  • Rohini Priyadarshini P (IPS:2012:TG)
  • Radhika G (IPS:2012:KN)
  • Ajit Pratap Singh (IPS:2012:TR)
  • Kalmeshwar Shingenavar (IPS:2012:TG)

These officers have been instrumental in training, administrative support, and policy implementation at SVPNPA, which is the premier institution for training senior police officers in India.

The promotion reflects recognition of –

  • Leadership and administrative abilities of the officers
  • Contribution to professional training and development at the national police academy
