1996 batch IPS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre, Ajay Kumar Yadav‘s central deputation tenure in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has been extended for a period of two years. He is working as Inspector General (IG) in CRPF.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (15.11.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Yadav for a period of two years beyond 18.01.2023 and upto 18.01.2025 (total 7 years) in relaxation of the IPS Tenure Policy.
