1995 batch IPS officer of Kerala cadre, Mr. S Suresh, has been appointed as ADG in Special Protection Group (SPG).

He has been posted by temporarily upgrading one post of IG to ADG level.

He is currently posted as IG SPG, Cabinet Secretariat and recently, has been given extension in central deputation tenure for a period of one year by the Government of India.
