In a major reshuffle in the police department in Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi Adityanath-led state government has transferred and posted 15 IPS officers. The transfer list includes the SPs of Maharajganj, Ambedkar Nagar and Hathras.
Of these, 14 IPS officers have been transferred, while the transfer of one officer has been cancelled.
1998 batch IPS officer K. Satya Narayana, who was promoted from IG to ADG, has been made ADG of CBCID. Till now, he was IG in CBCID.
2007 batch IPS officer Bharati Singh has been made DIG PTS Meerut. She was posted as Additional Police Commissioner, Police Commissionerate, Ghaziabad.
2017 batch IPS officer Nipun Aggarwal has been made SP Hathras. He was Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate Ghaziabad.
2010 batch IPS officer and SP PTS Moradabad, Ms Kalpana Saxena has been made Deputy Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate Ghaziabad.
2009 batch IPS officer Pawan Kumar has been made Additional Police Commissioner, Prayagraj. He was Deputy Commissioner of Police, Prayagraj.
