In an another bureaucratic reshuffle in the Police Department in Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi Adityanath led state government has transferred and posted 5 IPS officers.
2000 batch IPS officer Nilabja Chaudhary, who was serving as Kanpur City Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime), has been transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, PAC Headquarters in Lucknow.
Mr. Vipin Kumar Mishra, an IPS officer of 2007 batch, has been appointed the new Additional Police Commissioner of Kanpur City. Till now, he was holding the responsibility of Deputy Inspector General of Police of Varanasi PAC Sector.
2004 batch IPS officer Chandra Prakash II has been transferred to the Directorate of Inspector General of Police Training in Lucknow. Till now, he was holding the responsibility of Inspector General of Police, Notification.
2010 batch IPS officer Sureshwar will take charge as Inspector General of Police Abhisithana in Lucknow in his place.
IPS officer Kamlesh Kumar Dixit has been transferred from Kanpur Commander 37th Corps to Lucknow. From now on, he will take over as Deputy Commissioner of Police in the Police Commissionerate here.
In the order issued by the administration, all officers have been instructed to immediately assume charge.
