Amidst a recent development, a senior Indian Railways Personnel Service (IRPS) Officer, Mr. S K Mishra (1993 batch), the incumbent Principal Executive Director (IR) in the Railway Board, got transferred to the Northern Railway as the Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO).
