Following a circular issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on June 12, Mr. Niraj Kumar (2009 batch IRS-IT officer) was appointed Director in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MoIB) for a period of five years under the central staffing scheme.
