S. Ravi Selvan, an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer (C&IT) of 1992 batch, has been appointed as Commissioner, Appeal, GST & CX Zone, Ranchi. He was appointed after the revocation of his suspension from the post of the Commissioner of Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST), Chennai Zone . The suspension order was issued back in July, 2022.
