Indian Masterminds Stories

Panna: In a commendable step towards supporting frontline forest workers, JK Cement (Amanganj, Panna), in collaboration with the South Panna Forest Division, organised a Free Health and Medical Camp for forest personnel, their families, and Van Samiti members on the occasion of Wildlife Week 2025.

The initiative was part of JK Cement’s CSR and Environment Programme, reinforcing the need for accessible healthcare services for those who work tirelessly to protect India’s forests and wildlife.

Purpose: Healthcare for the Guardians of the Forest

Held under the guidance of Unit Head Kapil Agrawal and JK Cement’s management, the camp aimed to:

  • Provide preventive healthcare
  • Conduct routine medical check-ups
  • Raise health awareness among forest staff and their families

These efforts are particularly important as forest personnel often operate in remote, high-risk environments with limited access to basic medical care.
