Bengaluru: The Karnataka government has assigned additional responsibilities to one IAS officer and one Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer in the Sakala Mission, Bengaluru, further strengthening the state’s flagship citizen services initiative.
According to an official order issued on July 21, 2026, IAS officer Bhoyar Harshal Narayanrao (IAS:2016:Karnataka) and IFS officer Vipin Singh (IFS:1998:Karnataka) have been entrusted with concurrent additional charges while continuing in their existing positions.
Vipin Singh Given Additional Mission Director-I Charge
Senior IFS officer Vipin Singh (IFS:1998:Karnataka), who is currently serving as Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Project Director, HRMS, Bengaluru, has been assigned the concurrent charge of Additional Mission Director-I, Sakala Mission, Bengaluru.
He will continue to discharge his present responsibilities while overseeing the additional assignment in the Sakala Mission.
IAS Bhoyar Harshal Narayanrao Gets Additional Mission Director-II Role
IAS officer Bhoyar Harshal Narayanrao (IAS:2016:Karnataka), presently serving as Director, Electronic Delivery of Citizen Services (EDCS) in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (e-Governance), Bengaluru, has been given the concurrent charge of Additional Mission Director-II, Sakala Mission, Bengaluru.
His experience in digital governance and electronic delivery of public services is expected to support the mission’s objective of enhancing citizen-centric service delivery across the state.
