Tomar recently became a social media sensation after sharing a heartwarming guided tour of his Bengaluru 1-BHK apartment in a video posted by Manasum Senior Living.

A Cheerful Home Tour

Dressed in a bright orange kurta and a traditional Himachali cap, Tomar greeted viewers with infectious cheer and confidence, almost like a practiced content creator. “For the first time, I am making a vlog of my flat,” he said, before leading viewers through every corner of his meticulously maintained home.

For Tomar, the apartment is more than just walls and furniture — it’s a sanctuary of comfort and contentment. “I am Kartar Singh Tomar, retired IPS from Haryana Cadre. I’m about 89 years old and thoroughly enjoying life… this is my 1-BHK flat where I spend all my time, and for me, it feels like heaven,” he shared.

Tomar explained why he chose Bengaluru for his retirement, highlighting the serenity of the city. “So peaceful — no pollution, no noise at all,” he remarked, emphasizing the importance of calm surroundings in his daily life.
