Chhatarpur, MP: All-rounder Kranti Goud, daughter of Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, has brought immense pride to the state and the nation with her outstanding performance in the Indian women’s cricket team’s historic World Cup victory. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav personally congratulated her via video call, expressing the state’s admiration for her remarkable achievement.

CM Dr. Mohan Yadav Extends Heartfelt Congratulations

During the video call, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav praised Kranti Goud, saying, “We are proud that our younger sister has set a record. The entire state and country are proud of this record. Your performance in the final was tremendous and will inspire other players and youth.”

The Chief Minister also inquired about Kranti’s experience on the day of victory. Kranti revealed that she had a peaceful sleep before the match, although she admitted feeling nervous before the final. Dr. Yadav emphasized that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, India is progressing and that the government is committed to supporting women athletes like Kranti.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav highlighted that the government will continue to support players and youth, encouraging them to achieve excellence in sports.

In a social media post, Dr. Yadav wrote, “Continue to move forward with your dedication and hard work, bringing glory to the country and the state. Our government stands with our youth and athletes every step of the way.”

Kranti Goud’s achievements in the World Cup final are being celebrated not only in Madhya Pradesh but across the country.
