The proposed reshuffle may also impact chief executive officers of district Panchayats, especially in districts where developmental progress has slowed or where field-level implementation of schemes is lacking. The draft of the transfer list has reportedly been prepared by Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain, a 1989-batch IAS officer. However, the final decision will be taken by Chief Minister Mr. Mohan Yadav, who is expected to review the recommendations and give the green signal shortly.
