Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis felicitated Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman and Managing Director of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO), for the corporation’s significant contribution to the Sudharit Hybrid Annuity Projects undertaken by the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC).

HUDCO has provided financial assistance of Rs. 7,863 crore to support the construction of 1,825 km of roads across 15 districts in Maharashtra. This initiative aims to enhance road connectivity, economic growth, and transportation infrastructure in the state.
Expressing gratitude for the recognition, Mr. Kulshrestha reiterated HUDCO’s commitment to nation-building through financing key infrastructure projects. He emphasized that HUDCO remains dedicated to strengthening infrastructure and urban development across India.
Chief Minister Mr. Fadnavis lauded HUDCO’s proactive role in financing crucial projects that align with Maharashtra’s vision for infrastructure development. He acknowledged that HUDCO’s support has expedited road construction, ensuring better connectivity in remote and rural areas while unlocking new economic opportunities for the people of Maharashtra.
