Nagpur: State-owned mining company MOIL Limited has announced the appointment of Shashank Lohakare as General Manager (Electrical), strengthening its senior management team.
The appointment came into effect on July 15, 2026, and the company informed the stock exchanges about the leadership change through a regulatory filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE).
Disclosure Made Under SEBI Listing Regulations
MOIL disclosed the appointment under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The change relates to the company’s senior management, as defined under Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The filing was submitted by Neeraj Dutt Pandey, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of MOIL Limited.

Shashank Lohakare’s Role and Qualification
According to the company’s announcement, Shashank Lohakare holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree and has been appointed as General Manager (Electrical) as part of MOIL’s senior management structure.
The company stated that the appointment has been made in accordance with MOIL’s service rules and follows all applicable regulatory requirements.
As General Manager (Electrical), Lohakare will be responsible for contributing to the company’s electrical operations and supporting its management functions in the mining sector.

The appointment is part of MOIL’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership and management framework. The company continues to make strategic appointments to ensure efficient operations and effective administration across its business areas.
