Mr. Manoj Kumar, who brings extensive expertise in mining and corporate management, holds a B.E. in Mining, FCC (UR), MBA in HR & Marketing, and M.Tech in Mining. His appointment as General Manager (Mines) is in accordance with MOIL Ltd.’s service rules. This strategic leadership change is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring sustainable growth across MOIL’s mining operations.
