Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Thursday inaugurated and flagged off 57 mobile forensic vans from the Police Headquarters (PHQ) in Bhopal, equipped with cutting-edge technology to aid crime scene investigations across the state. The Chief Minister emphasized that these vans would serve as a milestone in enhancing forensic capabilities, enabling faster and more accurate crime resolution.

Enhancing Scientific Crime Investigation

The launch of these mobile forensic vans is aimed at significantly boosting scientific investigation and evidence collection in criminal cases. Each van is equipped with advanced forensic tools, allowing police teams to conduct thorough examinations of crime scenes directly on-site. CM Yadav highlighted that forensic-based investigation will accelerate crime detection, improve the accuracy of evidence collection, and increase the conviction rate of offenders.

“The integration of modern technology into police operations will make law enforcement more transparent, efficient, and effective, ensuring that criminals are swiftly brought to justice,” he added.

Cutting-Edge Equipment Onboard

The vans are equipped with high-end hardware and specialized forensic kits for a wide range of investigative purposes:
