MP CM Mohan Yadav Announces Rs 5 Lakh Education Aid for Two Children Orphaned in Indore Tragedy 

Chief Minister assures government support to Avyakt and Preksha, announces a Rs 5 lakh fixed deposit to fund their school and higher education after the tragic loss of their mother.

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced Rs 5 lakh financial assistance for the education of the two children of late Urmila Saini, a postal assistant from Indore who lost her life in a tragic incident.

Expressing sympathy for the bereaved family, the Chief Minister said the state government stands firmly with the children and will ensure they receive support for their education and future.

CM Mohan Yadav Assures Government Support to Bereaved Family

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav met the family members of late Urmila Saini at his office in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly.

Her daughter Preksha (15), along with her grandfather Satyanarayan Malakar and other family members, met the Chief Minister during the visit.

Offering his condolences, Dr. Yadav assured the family that they were not alone and that the government would provide every possible assistance for the children’s education and welfare.

Rs 5 Lakh Fixed Deposit for Children’s Education

To secure the educational future of the children, the Chief Minister announced financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh.

According to the announcement:

  • A Fixed Deposit (FD) of Rs 5 lakh will be created in the names of the children.
  • The interest earned from the FD will be used to meet their school and higher education expenses.
  • The initiative aims to provide long-term financial support for their studies.

Dr. Yadav said the government is committed to ensuring that the children’s education continues without financial hardship.

Government Extends Support to Avyakt and Preksha

The tragic incident left Avyakt (7) and Preksha (15) without their mother.

Expressing deep concern for the young siblings, the Chief Minister said the state government would stand by them during this difficult period and extend all possible support for their care and education.

He emphasised that the welfare of children affected by such tragedies remains a priority for the government.

CM Expresses Humanitarian Concern

While interacting with the family, Dr. Mohan Yadav conveyed his heartfelt condolences and encouraged them to remain strong. He reiterated that the Madhya Pradesh government would continue to support the children’s educational needs and help secure a better future for them through the financial assistance announced.
