MP: Amid rising tensions in the Middle East, the government of Mohan Yadav has taken a proactive step to support residents of Madhya Pradesh living in Gulf countries. A 24×7 control room has been established at Madhya Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi to provide emergency assistance and guidance to citizens facing difficulties due to the evolving international situation.

The initiative has been launched in view of the escalating conflict involving Israel and Iran, which has heightened security concerns across the Middle East.

24×7 Control Room for MP Citizens in Gulf Countries

The Madhya Pradesh government has set up a round-the-clock control room in New Delhi specifically to assist residents from the state who are currently in Gulf nations for employment, business, or tourism.

Officials said the control room will coordinate with the Ministry of External Affairs and other relevant agencies to ensure timely assistance, guidance, and support for citizens in distress.

Through this facility, the state government aims to provide immediate communication, emergency help, and reliable information to people from Madhya Pradesh living abroad.

Residents of Madhya Pradesh currently in Gulf countries can reach out through:

  • 24×7 Control Room: Madhya Pradesh Bhavan, New Delhi
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Helpline & WhatsApp: (official numbers released by MP government)

Authorities have urged people to contact the control room immediately if they face any emergency or require guidance.

CM Mohan Yadav Assures Full Support

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav stated that the Madhya Pradesh government stands firmly with its citizens in every situation.

He emphasized that people from the state living in Gulf countries should not hesitate to use the helpline or email services if they encounter any problems.

According to the Chief Minister, the control room has been set up to ensure safety, coordination, and mental reassurance for residents during uncertain international circumstances.

Rising Middle East Tensions

Tensions in the Middle East have intensified following military actions involving United States and Israel targeting sites in Iran. Reports suggest that airstrikes also hit several strategic locations, including nuclear facilities.

The developments have led to a sharp escalation in the regional conflict, raising concerns about the safety of expatriates living in nearby countries.

Iran Blocks Strait of Hormuz, Oil Supply Affected

In response to the attacks, Iran reportedly carried out retaliatory strikes on American positions in the region. The country also announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, a critical global oil shipping route.

The move has significantly impacted international oil supply chains and further increased geopolitical tensions across the Middle East.

Government Monitoring Situation Closely

Officials from the Madhya Pradesh government said the situation is being closely monitored and coordination with central authorities continues.

The newly established control room aims to provide quick assistance and reliable communication channels so that residents of Madhya Pradesh in Gulf countries remain safe and supported during the ongoing crisis.
