New Delhi: State-owned Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Ltd. has secured new work orders worth approximately ₹801.20 crore in the normal course of business, strengthening its project portfolio across infrastructure and project management consultancy (PMC) services.
According to a regulatory filing, the newly awarded contracts include a major ₹780.38 crore Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignment from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for infrastructure development in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, along with a ₹20.82 crore hostel construction project in Odisha.
The latest wins are expected to further strengthen NBCC’s order book and reinforce its position as one of India’s leading public sector construction and project management companies.
NBCC Wins ₹780.38 Crore RBI Project in Amaravati
The biggest contract awarded to NBCC is worth approximately ₹780.38 crore (excluding GST) and has been received from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) contract, NBCC will oversee two major infrastructure projects in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh:
- Construction of the Reserve Bank of India Office Complex at Nelapadu.
- Development of the RBI Officers’ and Staff Residential Complex at Inavolu.
The project is expected to play a significant role in strengthening RBI’s infrastructure in Andhra Pradesh while adding a high-value assignment to NBCC’s growing portfolio.
₹20.82 Crore Hostel Construction Project in Odisha
Apart from the RBI assignment, NBCC has also secured a ₹20.82 crore (excluding GST) contract from the Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA).
The project involves the construction of hostels under the DA JGUA Scheme across different districts of Odisha.
NBCC will provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the project, which aims to improve residential facilities for students and strengthen educational infrastructure in the state.
Combined Order Value Reaches ₹801.20 Crore
The two newly awarded domestic contracts have a combined value of approximately ₹801.20 crore (excluding GST).

The latest contracts are expected to contribute significantly to NBCC’s future revenues while expanding its presence in public infrastructure and institutional development projects.
