NBCC Wins ₹52.14 Crore New Orders for Amaravati Office Project and Sports Injury Centre O&M

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has secured new work orders worth approximately ₹52.14 crore (excluding GST) in the normal course of business, further strengthening its presence in infrastructure consultancy and facility management segments.

The company informed stock exchanges that the new contracts include Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services as well as operation and maintenance (O&M) responsibilities for key institutional projects.

Indian Overseas Bank Office Project in Amaravati

One of the major contracts awarded to NBCC is for the construction of an office building for Indian Overseas Bank in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

  • Order value: ₹20.15 crore (approx., excl. GST)

  • Scope: Construction and Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

This project is expected to strengthen NBCC’s footprint in emerging administrative and financial hubs across India.

Sports Injury Centre O&M Contract from Health Ministry

NBCC has also received a contract from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for the operation and maintenance of the New Sports Injury Centre (SIC) Building.

  • Scope: Operation & Maintenance services and facility management
