New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has informed stock exchanges that it has awarded work contracts worth a total of ₹955.13 crore during the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The contracts were awarded in the normal course of business through its CPG Division, as per disclosures made under SEBI Listing Regulations.
The state-owned Navratna enterprise continues to expand its presence in large-scale infrastructure development, securing multiple government and institutional projects across India.
Major Projects Awarded in April 2026
During April 2026, NBCC secured several key engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, including:
- Construction of a new multi-storied administrative office building for the Visakhapatnam Port Authority, Andhra Pradesh (EPC basis)
- Construction of the International Potato Centre (CIP) at Agra, Uttar Pradesh
These projects reflect NBCC’s continued role in institutional and public infrastructure development.

Key Contracts Secured in May 2026
In May 2026, NBCC further strengthened its order book with important redevelopment and educational infrastructure projects, including:
- Redevelopment of Government Quarters at St. Inez (Plot-1), Goa (EPC with 5 years O&M), valued at approximately ₹199.73 crore
- Construction of the Permanent Campus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) at Noney, Manipur (EPC basis)
The Goa redevelopment project includes long-term operation and maintenance (O&M) services for five years.
Major Projects Awarded in June 2026
In June 2026, NBCC secured a diverse set of government and institutional contracts, including:
- Development of Commercial Plot No. 7 & 8, Sector 14, Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh
- Construction of Central University of Kashmir, Tulmulla Campus (Phase-1), Ganderbal, J&K (EPC basis)
- Construction of a Government of India building at Mayur Vihar, New Delhi
- Redevelopment of Circuit House at Altinho, Panaji, Goa (EPC with 5 years O&M)
- Construction of an Integrated Township under Raghunathpur Thermal Power Station (RTPS) Phase-II, Purulia, West Bengal (EPC basis)
Among these, the Raghunathpur township project is reported as the largest contract, valued at ₹334.74 crore.
Total Order Value for Q1 FY2026
NBCC confirmed that the total value of all projects awarded during Q1 (April–June 2026) stands at ₹955.13 crore. The contracts span across multiple states including Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Manipur, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, and West Bengal.
The company also highlighted that all contracts were awarded in the normal course of business through competitive processes under its project management and EPC operations.
Additional Business Update
In a separate development, NBCC recently sold approximately 7.08 lakh sq. ft. of commercial space at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi through an e-auction, generating a transaction value of around ₹2,857 crore. The company is expected to earn a 1% marketing fee from this transaction.
Stock Market Performance
On Thursday, NBCC shares were trading around ₹102.86, down approximately 1.5%. The stock has declined nearly 16% so far in 2026, reflecting broader market fluctuations despite steady order inflows.
