New Delhi: State-owned construction and project management consultancy firm NBCC (India) Ltd has secured new work orders worth approximately ₹83.24 crore (excluding GST) from multiple government and institutional clients, according to a regulatory filing made to stock exchanges.

The latest order inflows further strengthen NBCC’s project pipeline and underline its continued presence in India’s public infrastructure and project management consultancy (PMC) space.

Breakdown of New Project Wins

NBCC has received three separate domestic contracts from Canara Bank, Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, and the Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Department (F&ARD), Odisha.

1. Canara Bank Project – ₹39.99 Crore

The largest order, valued at ₹39.99 crore, has been awarded by Canara Bank.

Under this contract, NBCC will provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the construction of a residential building located at Plot No. 624/1617, Shimpoli Road, Borivali West, Mumbai.

This project forms part of NBCC’s regular PMC operations in domestic infrastructure development.

2. Andhra Pradesh Bhavan Project – ₹5.51 Crore

The second contract, worth ₹5.51 crore, has been awarded by the Resident Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Bhavan.

The assignment involves the upgradation of Bungalow No. 1 at Janpath, New Delhi, which serves as the official residence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

The work will be executed under NBCC’s Project Management Consultancy services segment.

3. Odisha F&ARD Department Project – ₹37.74 Crore

The third and major institutional order, valued at ₹37.74 crore, has been received from the Fisheries & Animal Resources Development (F&ARD) Department, Odisha.

The project includes the construction and expansion of veterinary infrastructure across multiple districts in Odisha, covering:

  • Regional Veterinary Hospitals
  • Polyclinics
  • PCR Rooms
  • Diagnostic Laboratories
  • Veterinary dispensaries
  • Administrative offices and related facilities

This large-scale infrastructure initiative is expected to enhance veterinary healthcare and livestock support systems across the state.

Total Order Value and Contract Classification

The total combined value of the three contracts awarded to NBCC stands at ₹83.24 crore (excluding GST). The breakup of the orders is as follows:

  • Canara Bank: ₹39.99 crore
  • Odisha F&ARD Department: ₹37.74 crore
  • Andhra Pradesh Bhavan: ₹5.51 crore

Together, these domestic Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignments strengthen NBCC’s order pipeline across housing, government infrastructure, and veterinary development projects.

Market Impact and Investor Outlook

The fresh order inflow is being viewed as a positive operational update for NBCC, reflecting steady demand for government-led infrastructure and consultancy services.

While the total value of ₹83.24 crore is relatively modest compared to NBCC’s overall order book, it reinforces:

  • Continuous inflow of government contracts
  • Strong presence in PMC and infrastructure execution advisory
  • Diversified project exposure across housing, administrative buildings, and healthcare infrastructure

Analysts often track such order announcements closely as they provide visibility into future revenue streams and execution momentum.

With India’s sustained focus on infrastructure development and public sector capital expenditure, NBCC is expected to remain a key beneficiary of upcoming government and institutional projects.
