Tonk: In a significant step towards strengthening grassroots healthcare, NHPC Limited has inaugurated a fully equipped Dental Care Unit at Apaji Arogya Mandir Hospital, Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. The facility was inaugurated on 10 August 2025 by Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC, under the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
Enhancing Community Health Infrastructure
The newly established unit includes complete room renovation and the installation of advanced dental equipment. It also provides a two-year supply of consumables, ensuring uninterrupted operations. The project will be supported by regular on-call services from qualified dental surgeons, enabling timely and quality oral healthcare for the local community.

NHPC’s investment in this healthcare facility reflects its continued focus on uplifting rural health infrastructure. By bringing modern dental care to Banasthali Vidyapith, the company aims to improve access to specialised treatments and promote preventive oral health in the region.
