Expert-Led Sessions on Emotional and Legal Guidance

Participants were guided by eminent experts during interactive sessions. Clinical Psychologist Dr. Aruna Broota led discussions on emotional well-being, coping strategies, and behavior management techniques to help parents better support their children’s development. Advocate Mr. Rizwan Ali provided insights on legal planning, parental rights, and securing the future of differently-abled children, while Dr. Aarti Nair shared practical guidance on healthcare, therapy options, and educational resources.

The sessions were designed to be highly interactive, allowing participants to share personal experiences, seek advice, and engage directly with experts. This approach ensured that employees left the program with actionable strategies and a clearer understanding of both psychological and legal support systems.

Focus on Inclusive Growth and Employee Welfare

The SAKSHAM initiative reinforces NHPC’s continued focus on employee-centric welfare, particularly for those facing unique challenges as caregivers. By combining awareness, skill-building, and practical guidance, the program empowers parents to create a more supportive environment for their Divyang children, while also enhancing their own personal resilience and confidence.
