NPCIL HQ Celebrates World Quality Month 2025 with Focus on Innovation, Excellence, and Best Practices

New Delhi: The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) Headquarters inaugurated World Quality Month 2025 on 3 November under the theme “Quality: Think Differently”, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement in nuclear operations and allied sectors.

World Quality Day Observed with Dignitaries

As part of the month-long celebrations, World Quality Day was observed on 13 November 2025 at NPCIL HQ. The event was graced by Dr. D. K. Shukla, Chairman, AERB, as the Chief Guest, and Mr. B. C. Pathak, CMD, NPCIL, as the Guest of Honour. The ceremony began with a welcome address by Mr. A. Ramu, Executive Director (Quality Assurance), setting the stage for discussions on quality, innovation, and best practices.

Technical Sessions Highlight Industry Perspectives

The celebrations featured insightful technical sessions delivered by senior experts from ISRO, Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., L&T Heavy Engineering, and Godrej & Boyce. These sessions provided diverse perspectives on quality management across nuclear, space, and engineering domains, highlighting how innovative approaches can redefine standards of excellence.

Wide Participation and Engagement

The event witnessed over 600 participants, including industry partners, units of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), and NPCIL staff, joining both online and offline. The participation underscored NPCIL’s commitment to fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and “thinking differently” in pursuit of operational and technical excellence.
