NTPC Vindhyachal Hosts Station-Level Professional Circle Convention to Promote Innovation and Excellence

New Delhi: NTPC Vindhyachal successfully organised its Station-Level Professional Circle (PC) Convention on January 19, highlighting the station’s commitment to knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional excellence among its executives. The convention aimed to promote collaborative problem-solving, best practices, and innovative solutions that could enhance operational efficiency and organisational learning.

Enthusiastic Participation and High-Quality Presentations

The event, conducted under the guidance of NTPC Limited’s Chief General Manager (Vindhyachal) Sanjib Kumar Saha, saw active participation from 18 teams representing different departments of the station. Participants presented practical insights and innovative approaches with the potential to be replicated across the organisation, reflecting a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Awards and Recognition

A panel of experts, including M Suresh, GM (Maintenance & ADM); Debabrata Tripathy, GM (TS); and Sunil Mishra, Head of EEMG, Sasan, evaluated the presentations. Team “Sustainability” secured the first prize, while “Pahal” and “Nirantar” won second and third places, respectively. The awards recognized teams that demonstrated creativity, problem-solving skills, and solutions with the highest potential for organisational impact.
