New Delhi: Rupinder Brar, a 1990-batch Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer and currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Coal, is set to launch her book, ‘Corals Bloom Again’, on September 25, 2026, in New Delhi.
The book launch will be held at the Prime Ministers Museum & Library, Teen Murti Bhawan, bringing together themes of marine conservation, ecology, environmental preservation, resilience and the enduring relationship between people and nature.
The literary work also explores these themes through a special India-Africa perspective, connecting environmental concerns with the shared relationship between communities and the natural world.

The formal launch of ‘Corals Bloom Again’ is scheduled for September 25 at the Prime Ministers Museum & Library, Teen Murti Bhawan, New Delhi.
The programme will begin with high tea from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, followed by the formal launch of the book from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
