SCOPE Launches Harvard ManageMentor Program to Build Future-Ready Leaders in India’s Public Sector

New Delhi: In a significant move to strengthen leadership and managerial capabilities in India’s Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs), Mr. Atul Sobti, Director General of SCOPE, and Mr. Sumit Harjani, Managing Director, India, Harvard Business Impact (HBI), officially launched the globally acclaimed Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) program under the SCOPE umbrella.

The launch event witnessed participation from key SCOPE Executive Board members, including Mr. Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), GAIL; Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi, Director (Personnel), POWERGRID; and Smt. Sangeeta Ramrakhyani, Director (HR), CWC.

Harvard ManageMentor: A Premier Digital Learning Platform

Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) is a world-renowned digital learning program designed to enhance leadership and management skills. The platform offers 42 interactive modules covering essential areas such as:

The program has already attracted over 5,000 participants, demonstrating strong enthusiasm across the public sector for professional development and continuous learning.
