Free Training to Boost Employment in Healthcare

The Healthcare Skill Development Centre is designed to function as a centre of excellence, offering free training to youth in critical healthcare domains such as nursing assistants, technicians, and allied healthcare professionals. Special emphasis will be given to candidates from SECL’s operational districts, with at least 20% of the annual intake reserved for these districts over the next 25 years, further extendable based on merit.

Promoting Inclusive Growth and Regional Development

Through this project, SECL seeks to strengthen the healthcare ecosystem in Chhattisgarh while empowering local youth with employment opportunities. The initiative reflects a long-term commitment to skill development, capacity building, and regional inclusion, demonstrating the company’s proactive approach toward sustainable social impact.
