The central deputation tenure of 1991 batch IPS officer, Praveen Vashista as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs has been given extension for a period of one year.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved to extend deputation tenure of Mr. Vashista for a period of one year beyond 14 Jan, 2023 i.e. up to 14 Jan, 2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
