Supreme Court Collegium Recommends Elevation of Seven Advocates as Rajasthan High Court Judges

The recommendations will now be sent for approval before the Central Government and the President of India before the final appointment process is completed

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the elevation of seven Advocates as Judges of the Rajasthan High Court. The decision was taken during a Collegium meeting held on March 5, 2025.

The Advocates recommended for elevation are:

  • Mr. Anand Sharma
  • Mr. Sunil Beniwal
  • Mr. Sandeep Taneja
  • Mr. Mukesh Rajpurohit
  • Mr. Sandeep Shah
  • Mr. Baljinder Singh Sandhu
  • Ms. Sheetal Mirdha

The recommendations will now be sent for approval before the Central Government and the President of India before the final appointment process is completed.
