During a meeting with 16 IAS trainees of the 2023 batch (UP cadre) at Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath underlined the importance of maintaining effective communication, exhibiting good conduct and upholding integrity in work.

The CM, as he inquired about the fieldwork the officers carried out during their training, extended his best wishes to the officers and encouraged them to add novelty to their work to excel in their careers. CM Yogi said, “Dialogue is the most powerful tool in a democracy.”

Mr. Adityanath encouraged them to cultivate a habit of continuous learning and reading. Always stay connected with people at the grassroots level and address their issues promptly through dialogue, preventing them from escalating.”
