Uttar Pradesh has secured the first position nationwide in housing construction under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (rural and urban). The state also leads the country in Atal Pension Yojana registrations, expanding social security coverage for unorganized sector workers and ensuring future economic stability for vulnerable populations.

Uttar Pradesh has prioritized industrial development by strengthening Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The state now hosts over 96 lakh MSME units, generating employment opportunities and promoting local manufacturing.
