Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami praised the Union Budget 2026-27, calling it a roadmap for inclusive national and state development. Speaking on the budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, CM Dhami said it emphasizes:
