Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami interacted with students at the ‘Yuva Vidyarthi Manthan’ programme in Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, on Friday. He heard their views, suggestions and aspirations for the future of Uttarakhand.
Students Share Vision for Uttarakhand
CM Dhami said it was encouraging to see young people thinking about an empowered, self-reliant and developed Uttarakhand. He highlighted the ‘Mere Sapno Ka Uttarakhand’ competition, through which students expressed and developed their ideas for the state.

Focus on Education, Jobs and Skills
The Chief Minister said the state government is working with the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat–Viksit Uttarakhand’. Its development focus includes education, employment, innovation and skill development, along with tourism, agriculture, sports and technology.
He said better opportunities, modern education and skill development can help young people become self-reliant and contribute more effectively to the state’s economy.
Youth Participation in State Development
CM Dhami said the talent and suggestions of young people can help shape Uttarakhand’s future. He urged students to turn their dreams into clear goals and actively participate in the state’s development.
He added that the participation of the younger generation can help Uttarakhand achieve new milestones in development while creating greater opportunities for future generations.
