Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) launched “Vigilance Awareness Week 2024” with CMD Pradip Kumar Das and Director (Finance) Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohanty leading an integrity pledge for all employees. This year’s theme, “Culture of Integrity for Nation’s Prosperity,” emphasises the importance of ethical values in driving national growth.
CMD Pradip Kumar Das, joining virtually from Bhutan, underscored IREDA’s commitment to integrity, remarking that a strong ethical culture builds an organisation known for excellence in corporate governance. He encouraged employees to align with this year’s theme, noting that integrity is foundational to both national strength and IREDA’s success.
Chief Vigilance Officer Ajay Kumar Sahani urged everyone to actively participate in Vigilance Awareness Week, observed from October 28 to November 3, with workshops, seminars, and competitions planned to promote integrity across the organisation.
