Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has appointed senior IAS officer Vijay Singh Dahiya as a member of the Pay Anomalies and Grievance Redressal Committee, replacing Vikas Gupta. The decision has been formalized through an official notification issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi.

Vijay Singh Dahiya currently serves as the Commissioner and Secretary of the Printing and Stationery Department in Haryana. With this new role, he will be part of the committee responsible for addressing pay anomalies and grievances of government employees, a crucial initiative to ensure fair remuneration practices across the state administration.

Profile of Vijay Singh Dahiya
An IAS officer from the 2001 batch of the Haryana cadre, Vijay Singh Dahiya was born on September 22, 1972. He holds a B.Tech. degree and has completed postgraduate studies from King’s College London. Over his career, he has held several key positions in the state government, including Commissioner & Secretary of the Animal Husbandry Department.
Dahiya is known for his administrative expertise and proficiency in both English and Hindi, making him well-suited for handling sensitive issues related to employee pay and grievance redressal.
