Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a Janata Darshan at his official residence on Monday, where he met people from across the state, listened to their grievances and directed officials to ensure timely resolution of their complaints.

During the public hearing, several cases related to illegal encroachment, threats and property disputes were brought before the Chief Minister. Taking serious note of the complaints, CM Yogi instructed officials to conduct prompt investigations and take strict action against those found guilty.

Strict Action Against Illegal Encroachment and Threat Cases

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that there is no place for criminals in Uttar Pradesh and directed the police administration to take strong action against individuals involved in illegal possession of land, intimidation and criminal activities.

He instructed officials to speed up investigations in cases related to crime and illegal occupation so that victims receive justice on time and offenders are punished.

Investigation Ordered Against Builder Over Multiple Flat Registrations

During the Janata Darshan, a complaint was received against a builder associated with projects in Ghaziabad, Meerut and Noida.

The victims alleged that the builder had registered the same flat in the names of multiple buyers, causing financial and legal difficulties for them.

Taking the matter seriously, CM Yogi directed officials to investigate the allegations thoroughly. He said that if the builder is found guilty during the investigation, strict action should be taken and justice must be ensured for the affected buyers.

CM Directs Faster Investigation to Ensure Timely Justice

The Chief Minister instructed administrative and police officials to avoid delays in investigations related to property disputes, illegal occupation and criminal cases.

He emphasised that complaints received during Janata Darshan should be handled with sensitivity and responsibility, ensuring that genuine victims get relief while strict action is taken against wrongdoers.

Government Focuses on Citizen-Centric Governance

Through the Janata Darshan programme, CM Yogi regularly interacts directly with citizens to understand their issues and monitor grievance redressal.

The Chief Minister reiterated that protecting public rights, maintaining law and order and ensuring transparent administration remain key priorities of the Uttar Pradesh government.
