Detailed Application Form (DAF)-2 registration for UPSC IFS – 2023 starts from today. Shortlisted candidates for interview, will have to fill up and submit DAF-2. It will be available on the official website of UPSC from January 16, 2024.
The dates for interviews will be notified in due course of time.
The last date to fill UPSC IAF DAF application form is January 22, 2024, failing which, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled and no correspondence will be entertained by the Commission.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results of the Indian Forest Service (IFS) Main Examination, 2023, and 360 candidates have passed the exam.
Candidates who appeared for the exam can check the UPSC IFS Mains result 2023 through the official website, upsc.gov.in.
The UPSC IFS Mains exam was conducted from November 26 to December 3, 2023.
Candidates can use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the UPSC IFS Mains result 2023.
The UPSC IFS interviews will be held at the office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069.
“The e-Summon Letters of Personality Tests (Interviews) of the candidates will be made available in due course, which can be downloaded from the Commission’s Website athttps://www.upsc.gov.inandhttps://www.upsconline.in. The candidates, who may not be able to download e-Summon Letters, should immediately contact the office of the Commission through letter or on Phone Nos. 011-23385271, 011- 23381125, 011-23098543 or by email on ([email protected]),” the official notification said.
DAF 2 is available to those candidates who clear the Mains stage of the exam. It primarily deals with the service preference of candidates along with their cadre preference in case of All India Services.
