Young IAS officer Saumya Pandey has won hearts with her gesture towards an old disabled man who visited her office recently. The man, in need of an electronic tricycle, visited the officer’s headquarters with his plea. As soon as Ms. Pandey, who is currently posted as the CDO of Kanpur Dehat, heard about the man’s agony, she squatted on the floor with him to hear his story and immediately instructed officers to provide the required facility to him.
