The Bihar government issued transfer and posting orders for four IAS officers across the state , on 15 July 2022. The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:
Jitendra Srivastava of 2000 batch has been given additional charge of IG, Prison, and Reform Services. He is currently the Secretary, PHED with additional charge of Secretary, Home,
Divesh Sehra of 2005 batch and the Secretary, SC and ST Welfare Department with additional charges of CEO, Mahadalit Vikas Mission, MD, Bihar State Scheduled Caste Cooperative Corporation Limited and IG, Prison, and Reform Services, has been relieved of the charge of IG, Prison, and Reform Services.
Vivek Ranjan Maitreya, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Muzaffarpur, has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of Handloom & Sericulture, Industry Department.
Ashutosh Dwivedi DDO, Muzaffarpur, has been given additional charge of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Muzaffarpur.
