In a major administrative rejig, Maharashtra government has transferred 13 IAS officers on Friday 23.
Among the transfer list, 1987-batch IAS officer Ashwani Kumar has been appointed as the Managing Director of Maharashtra State Financial Corporation, Mumbai.
2000 batch IAS officer N Nawin Sona has been posted as Member Secretary, Rest of Maharashtra Statutory Board, Mumbai. Sona who was holding the charge of Managing Director, Maharashtra State Cotton Growers Marketing Federation has now been replaced by Former Food and Drugs Administration Commissioner AB Unhale.
A S Ranga Naik, 2009-batch IAS officer has been appointed as Joint Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Mumbai, whereas 2010-batch IAS officer M B Warbhuwan has been posted as Joint Secretary, General Administration Department in the Mantralaya.
Former Managing Director, Maharashtra State Co-operative Marketing Federation DB Halde, has now been appointed as Director Other Backward Bahujan Welfare, Pune. Whereas, Shanmugrajan S who was serving as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana has been posted as Collector, Washim.
Other than that, Manisha Khatri, IAS (2014) has been made Director-General, VANAMATI, Nagpur. Bhuvneswari S IAS (2015) as Chief Executive Officer, Smart City, Nagpur and Bhagyashree Vispute, IAS (2017) as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana.
2018-batch IAS officer, Vivek Johnson has been appointed as Assistant Collector and Project Officer, ITDP, Pandharkawada, Dist Yavatmal. While two officers who were given appointment after promotion to IAS were A.G. Ramod who has been posted as Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune and VS Moon as Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Bhandara.
